Following the EGM last Sunday, members voted unanimously for the current organisation to be dissolved at the end of the year. Instead, it will be run by a limited subsidiary company of the Town Mill Trustees. You can find out more from the EGM minutes of the meeting.

What next? The committee will be busy tidying up administrative odds and ends, meeting with the Trustees, and generally getting ready for the new year.
